John has over 20 years of experience composing, arranging, and teaching in both the indoor and outdoor percussion realms. He is a well known to educators, parents and students as a teacher who created a positive and enthralling learning environment for students of all ages. John has functioned in a number of capacities with many successful scholastic and independent educational youth organizations around the United States. His resume includes organizations such as the 2003 World Champion Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps, The University of Southern Mississippi, Tate High School, and many others. John is a member of several associations for music educators including Percussive Arts Society, Florida Bandmasters Association, National Federation of State High School Associations, National Association for Music Education, Florida Music Educators Association, and Mississippi Bandmasters Association. |

Wanda began her color guard career in 1987 as a member of the Tate Chaparral Cadets. She went on to perform with the Tate Chaparrals during the 1989 World Championship Season. After graduating she became a constant supporter of the circuit and its performers both as an instructor and members of the board. Over the last 20 years she has taught at Milton High School, Pine Forest High School, Pensacola High School, Foley High School, and Murphy High School. While teaching at Murphy High School she was instrumental in their Scholastic 'A' 5th place finish at World Championships. Currently Wanda has come back home to her Alma Mater as director of the Tate Chaparrals. Throughout her teaching career her students have remained her number one priority. Beyond just improving their technical ability Wanda has touched the lives of hundreds of childeren and contributed greatly to the quality and growth of the Circuit. |
