Directors and Staffs,

 

The show schedule is posted for Escambia and Tate.   Please make sure that you always check the schedule on the website. 

 

Just a reminder that you need to make sure all Instructors and Directors will need to have their own MP3 by this Saturday. We will no longer be burning CD's for commentary. Also, anyone who is not paid will be performing in EXHIBITION only. At this time, ALL percussion units are PAID. 

The following insert is take strictly from the Contest Guidelines...please make sure you are fully aware of the penalties before withdrawing from a show.

 

NOTE: PLEASE READ!!!!!!

Appearance – performing units registered for circuit shows must inform the contest director two (2) weeks prior

to cancellation of a scheduled performance. Units not abiding by these guidelines will be assessed a penalty of

$200.00 which will include their $100.00 appearance bond and and additional $100.00 for a total of $200.00

paid to the circuit, who will distribute the money to the show sponsor. The full penalty must be paid in full

before the unit is allowed to compete at any subsequent contest.
