From the Contest Director

Directors and Staffs,
 
The show schedule is posted for Navarre and Fairhope.   Please make sure that you always check the schedule on the website. 
 
Also, please don't forget that we need a representative from every Color Guard unit (or your entire staff) to meet with us at the first or second show. We set the meeting an hour before the first unit had to be in warm-up so that everyone can attend.
 
Also, several Directors responded that checks have been sent, or that they are waiting for checks to arrive from sending them to the wrong address. Due to the circumstances and all the changes, no one will receive a late charge until the Navarre show.
 
All units must be paid or have a check in hand at the Navarre show in order to compete, any units not paid at this time will be charged a late fee, and will perform in exhibition until the bill is paid in full.

2012 Payment Reminder

NOTICE to all GCG&PC Members , if your school has not received your 2012 membership invoice for this year’s dues please contact Rachel Belveal immediately.

Please include your group(s) name and a good email address that I can send your invoice too.  I have tried to send invoices out based off information that you provided when you registered on the website, but not sure that everyone has received their invoice.
